INFORMATION

WHAT IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road  is a family-friendly Holiday experience. Expect to see some larger than life holiday displays, tons of lights, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Elves, countless candy canes and all of your favorite holiday cheer!  

 

WHEN IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road takes place from December 3rd – December 31st. We open at 5:00pm and close at 10:00 pm. We have designated time slots starting at 5:30 pm and ending at 9:00 pm. Advanced ticket purchase is required. 

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?

The trail itself is a 2/3 mile long walking trail and it is self-guided. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend 1-1.5 hours on the grounds engaging in our activation zone before or after they walk the trail. Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, capture those instagramable moments, join in the fun with interactive experiences or visit “Holiday Bar” for a seasonal cocktail to take with you on the trail!

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site from a rotation of LA’s top food trucks and vendors. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. There will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 21+ years of age at one of our Holiday Bars.

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE RESTROOMS?

Yes, there are bathrooms located in multiple areas of the grounds. We have bathrooms in our parking lot, our pre-show and out on the trail for use.

IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

WHATS THE REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable. Our show will operate rain or shine.

WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT?

Self-parking is available on site for purchase through the TIXR site after selecting your tickets and prior to check out. You will need a parking pass to park on-site. Parking is $9.99.

IS THERE SECURITY AT HOLIDAY ROAD?

Attendees will pass through a security checkpoint prior to entering our activation zone. Please downsize any purses or bags you are bringing with you. All bags will be searched.

IS HOLIDAY ROAD ADA ACCESSIBLE

Yes. The main trail is all on asphalt and fully accessible. Please be mindful that our pre-show area and parking areas are situated on a compacted dirt lot.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds of King Gillette Ranch, only service animals with proper documentation.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEO?

Yes! We encourage all of our guests to take photos and videos, post on social media and share their experience with family and friends!

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.

 

TICKETS 

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Tickets are $34.99 and up depending on the day you attend and the time of the season. Your ticket is valid for 1 person each. Children 2 years and under are free. Please be sure to purchase a ticket for each individual you are attending the show with. In addition to your Admission Tickets be sure to purchase your Parking Pass to access our parking lot. If you are being dropped off to the show you do not need a Parking Pass.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We encourage you to have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app or alternatively, print a copy of your ticket for scanning upon arrival.

WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

We allow only a certain number of people to enter the event per time slot as there is a limited capacity and number of tickets we can extend for each time listed.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE TICKET TIME PURCHASED?

***YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT CHECK-IN DURING YOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW BELOW OR YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED***

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?

You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their time slot for the evening. You will be allowed to access the trail for the ticket time you purchased.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

No tickets will be available for purchase at the door, you must purchase all tickets in advance online. We encourage you to visit the website frequently as additional ticket allotments may be released.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets are non-refundable. The event will operate rain or shine.

CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

Unfortunately no, you may not change your time slot for a purchased ticket.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

Yes, each ticket has its own QR code for entry. Each vehicle must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.
