Tixr Waitlist Terms

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Waitlist Terms") for Tixr Waitlist ("Waitlist"). These Waitlist Terms are between you and the Company and govern our respective rights and obligations related to Waitlist. Please note that your use of the Service and Software are also governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Description and Cancellations

Waitlist allows you to be put on a waitlist for tickets unavailable at the time of purchase. If tickets become available for a Waitlist which you are on within the timeframe that you set, the credit card we have on record for you will be automatically charged for the full amount of your order. THE CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IS FULFILLED.

The timeframe constraint allows you to set the minimum number of days prior to an event that you would like to remain on a Waitlist. If time passes beyond your timeframe constraint, you will be removed from a Waitlist and the credit card on record with the Company will not be charged. You can change the timeframe or remove yourself from a Waitlist at any time prior to your expiration date.

UNLESS YOU REMOVE YOURSELF FROM A WAITLIST OR YOUR TIMEFRAME HAS EXPIRED, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AUTHORIZE US TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE FULL ORDER AMOUNT USING THE CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

You understand that the credit card we have on record for you will be pre-authorized upon entering Waitlist. If the credit card we have on record for you fails pre-authorization, you will not be added to Waitlist. If the credit card we have on record for you is declined for payment at the time of fullfillment, you will be removed from Waitlist.

Other Limitations

  • You must have a credit card on record with Company to be added to a Waitlist.
  • A position in a Waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive tickets.
  • An event with a Waitlist does not guarantee that there will be an event. If there is no event, the credit card we have on record will not be charged.
  • The order of a Waitlist is determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • The method of fulfillment is determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse a Waitlist entry at our sole discretion.
  • We may send you email and other communications related to Waitlist (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Tixr account).
  • All communication from Tixr to you regarding the Waitlist will be done through email.
  • You may not transfer or assign your Wailtlist position or any benefits. Waitlist is for personal use only.
  • The Company may remove you from a Waitlist at our discretion without notice.
  • The Company may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove benefits or end Waitlist thereby canceling your Waitlist position.
