2026 Grass League Summer Grind
September 4–6, 2026
Goat Hill Park Golf Club | Oceanside, California
Grass League is taking over Goat Hill Park for the biggest golf weekend of the summer.
The 2026 Grass League Summer Grind brings together 11 franchises, 55 two-player teams and 110 elite players for three days of high-stakes team golf, creators, celebrities, food, drinks, music and nonstop energy over Labor Day weekend in Oceanside.
Each Grass League franchise will field five two-player teams in a 36-hole scramble competition where every score contributes to the franchise’s pursuit of the Summer Grind championship. Expect aggressive play, dramatic leaderboard swings and meaningful golf from the opening tee shot through Sunday’s nationally televised finish.
The Michigan Auto Aces return as defending champions after winning the inaugural Summer Grind through the franchise aggregate competition. This year, all 11 franchises are coming for the crown.

The Grass League Showcase
Each franchise will nominate two Grass League players and draft two creators to represent its team.
Each 4 person team will consist of:
- Two Grass League players
- Two drafted creators
Each four-person franchise team will compete against the other 10 franchises. The competition will be played in a scramble format, with the leaderboard determined by the lowest cumulative franchise score.
Showcase results will also determine each franchise’s position and shot allocation for Saturday night’s Ace Race.
Saturday Night: The Ace Race
Saturday night, all eyes turn to the Ace Race for one of the most exciting spectacles in golf.
Based on Showcase results, each franchise will receive between four and six attempts to hit the closest shot to the hole. The Showcase-winning franchise will also receive an additional owner bonus shot.
A total of 57 shots will be taken under pressure in front of the Summer Grind crowd.
Each attempt will be played under a 60-second shot clock. There is no cumulative scoring and no room for error—the franchise that hits the single closest shot wins it all.
Ace Race Prize Pool: $50,000 winner-take-all
Hole-in-One Bonus: $100,000 for any hole-in-one
