🛏 Accommodation Packages 🛏
Accommodation packages are available from Wednesday 19th August at 7:00pm, these are extremely limited so get in quick! All Accommodation packages come with the correct amount of festival tickets per group, e.g A 2 person room is allocated 2 festival tickets, a 4 person room is allocated 4 etc. All packages are for 2 nights accommodation (Friday 25th August - Sunday 27th August.) 🚌 Buses 🚌
Bus passes are available from Wednesday 19th August at 7:00pm, due to high demand in previous years we’ve added an extra allocation of buses, departure times and a new pick up point. These are from:
📍 Christchurch | Hide Club (172 St Asaph Street)
📍 Rolleston | Rolleston Library (56 Tennyson Street)
📍 Ashburton | Ashburton I-Site (242a East Street)
Specific pick up times are available via Tixr, these numbers are passed onto the bus company so please choose carefully. If you miss your purchased time you will not be able to get onto the next one. The first returning bus will be at the festival site from 9:00pm, they’ll be kept running and warm if you choose to leave early however these won’t depart until full. This will continue until 10:30pm where the final bus will depart. If you miss the final bus we’d highly recommend Methven Travel Limited (+6433028106)
🏔 Opuke Thermal Pools & Spa 🏔
The Opuke Thermal Pools & Spa is Methven’s newest attraction, in one of the most beautiful & serene locations in Canterbury and a swim up bar it is the perfect way to ease into your weekend before the big dance on Saturday. We have reserved two private sessions for Friday 25th August;
5:30pm - 7:00pm
7:30pm - 9:00pm
There are extremely limited spots available so get in quick to reserve your spot! These sessions are R18 and drinks are limited to 2 per person, per session. It is important you bring your ID to the pools otherwise you may be refused entry.
💰 Payment Plans 💰
Payment plans are now live via Tixr. Choose your payment range & how much you pay (minimum 20% deposit & a $19.99 plan fee.) If you want to look into this further, please visit the Tixr website or contact us directly via Facebook.
🏂 Rail Jam 🏂
Applications to enter the Mt Hutt Rail Jam will be open soon, keep an eye White Out Festival and Mt Hutt socials for more information. All rail jam entrants will be given a discount code for Festival tickets should they wish to join the party afterwards!
