Are there age requirements to enter the event?

18+, 21 to drink (we're planning to have drink specials)

Will there be drinks served

Yes.

I can no longer attend. What do I do? 

We offer a no questions asked 72-hour refund policy. Email info@upandupfestival.com by midnight on March 15h and we'll process it immediately.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email info@upandupfestival.com or DM the local hosts on their vibrant Instagram page @upandupfsu

When we will pre-sale customers receive the actual tickets? 

They will be sent via TIXR next week.

Is my ticket transferable?

Yes, but it's only one ticket per person. If someone with your ticket is scanned in before yours, you're out of luck. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We'll scan it from your smart phone.

Will new tickets be available to purchase?

Yes. Here is the ticket link. 

Will there be opening acts?

Tally's finest. They're on the event flyer. Arrive early and avoid lines.

Will there be VIP packages or Meet & Greet opportunities?
