Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

18+, 21 to consume

When will we receive the actual tickets from the pre-sale and Preferred Wait List? 

We will start issuing these via email on the week of Oct 7th (after the refund period is over)

Why do we offer refunds on pre-sales (when most promoters don't)

We understand the date might no longer work since you bought it with no date or location

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Yes, but it's only one ticket per person. If someone with your ticket is scanned in before yours, you're out of luck.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, but please be careful. We're not responsible if you lose your ticket or if someone has access to it before you scan it.

What can I NOT bring into the event?

Prohibited Items (do NOT bring): Large backpacks, Pets, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol, Outside food, beverages, Ice chests, coolers, Picnic baskets, Professional cameras, High Back Lawn chairs, Umbrellas, Pop-up Tents (AKA VENUE POLICIES)
