Are there age requirements to enter the event?

18+, 21 to drink

Yes.

I can no longer attend. What do I do? 

We offer a no questions asked 72-hour refund policy. Email info@upandupfestival.com by midnight on March 30th and we'll process it immediately.

When we will pre-sale customers receive the actual tickets? 

Yes on April 2nd. 

Is my ticket transferable?

Yes, but it's only one ticket per person. If someone with your ticket is scanned in before yours, you're out of luck. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We'll scan it from your smart phone.

Will new tickets be available to purchase?

Will there be opening acts?

Long Beach's finest. They'll be on the event flyer. Arrive early and avoid lines.
