I acknowledge that I derive personal enjoyment and a benefit by virtue of my participation in the event, and I am engaging of my own free will in tonight’s event held, sponsored, or promoted by unKommon events (the “Activity”). By participating in the Activity, I am agreeing to this Release and Waiver.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK
I acknowledge and understand the following:
1. The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any
mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are present. Therefore, my participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the released parties; and
3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss (including any medical care or hospitalization) caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties
ADDITIONAL COMMUNICABLE DISEASE WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By entering the event location, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risk of being exposed to or contracting a Communicable Disease (as defined below) during or in connection with the participation in the Event. By participating in the Event, I acknowledge and expressly assume the risk that I may be exposed to a Communicable Disease. I expressly understand that the risks of exposure to a Communicable Disease include contracting a Communicable Disease and the associated dangers, medical complications (including death), and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting a Communicable Disease. By entering the event I further acknowledge and understand that interaction with Event staff, other participants, and/or any other individuals present at the Event poses an elevated, inherent risk of being exposed to and contracting a Communicable Disease, that it cannot be guaranteed that I will not be exposed to a Communicable Disease, and that potential exposure to or contraction of a Communicable Disease while participating in the Event are risks that cannot be eliminated. If infected with a Communicable Disease, I acknowledge and understand that I and/or the other Participants may subsequently infect others, even if I do not experience or display any symptoms. A “Communicable Disease” as used herein is COVID-19, any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, and/or any other airborne, aerosolized, or surface transmissible communicable and/or infectious diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses, or the causes thereof.
