About Hamilton Leithauser
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Hamilton Leithauser, the hard-hitting, Carlyle-crooning frontman of The Walkmen, has been a significant force in rock 'n' roll since the early 2000s NYC scene, transitioning smoothly from his band's successes to a flourishing solo career. Best known for his evocative lyricism, quick wit, and distinctive voice, Leithauser has been described by Vogue as “unafraid to turn that voice loose and chase it to sonic terrain that regularly veers from the dangerous to the beautiful.”
Propelled by his previous works and years of writing music at his home studio in Brooklyn, "The Struggle Hut," Leithauser introduces a groovier, bass-heavy, modern sound on 'This Side of the Island,' co-produced by Leithauser, Aaron Dessner (The National, Taylor Swift, and Gracie Abrams), and Hamilton’s wife Anna Stumpf. The 2025 album showcases Hamilton Leithauser's unrelenting optimism and biting humor amongst a polarized social and political world. Once described as "a mountain of sardonicism and dry wit wrapped in a dinner jacket," Hamilton Leithauser is primed and ready for a modern era.

About Rostam
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Rostam is a GRAMMY® Award-winning songwriter, producer, and composer. One of the founding members of Vampire Weekend and producer of their first three albums, he has been described as one of the great pop and indie-rock producers of his generation, having produced for some of the most important artists of the last decade including Frank Ocean, Clairo, Charli XCX, Maggie Rogers, HAIM, Solange, Lykke Li, Santigold, Carly Rae Jepsen, Hamilton Leithauser and many others. He has released three critically acclaimed solo albums—2017's Half-Light, 2020's Changephobia, and 2026’s American Stories—while producing records for HAIM, Clairo, Vagabon, Leith Ross, and Georgia, as well as composing for film and television, including 2016's The OA and 2023's The Persian Version.
His third studio album, American Stories is his most personal to date, one that reflects his identity as both Iranian and American. Rostam built the album around that same duality, layering microtonal saz melodies against Western guitar chords. The result quilts together Americana and Persian music while the lyrics tell true stories from his own life, including "Hardy," a duet that reunites him with Clairo for the first time since he produced her debut. Its cover-the American flag presented upside down-stands, in Rostam's words, as "both a reclamation of the symbol and an acknowledgement that there is more to do, for all of us, as Americans."

About Johanna Samuels
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Johanna Samuels writes folk songs that feel handed down and lived-in, steeped in the storytelling traditions of classic Americana yet unmistakably of the present moment. A Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, she introduced her vivid, character-driven songwriting on 2013's Double Bind before expanding her sound on 2021's Excelsior!, produced by Sam Evian, and 2023's Bystander, produced by Josh Kaufman. Across these records, Samuels pairs luminous vocals with finely observed lyrics and understated arrangements, earning recognition as a songwriter's songwriter. Her fourth album, 2026's Sorry, Kid, produced by Jonathan Rado, finds her revisiting nearly two decades of writing with a deeply reflective collection that explores memory, change, and the passage of time, further establishing her as one of contemporary folk's most distinctive voices.
