The World’s Largest Yard Sale is returning to the Saratoga County Fairgrounds once again on Saturday, August 18th. The doors will be open to the public from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm – RAIN OR SHINE! Come sell your household items, furniture, toys, games, clothes, jewelry, crafts, tools, collectibles or antiques to over 5,000 shoppers on-site! This year there will be two buildings reserved just for those selling antiques.
The World’s Largest Yard Sale is promoted on Townsquare Media's 5 Radio Stations listed below, with frequent On-Air & Online Streaming Commercials leading up to the event. It will also be advertised on all of the Station Websites and Facebook Pages, as well as on the Saratoga County Fairgrounds Website.

Seller booths are first come first serve, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Save money by reserving your booth by August 4th. All sellers will be guaranteed an indoor, pavilion or outdoor booth space as reserved, but please be advised that we cannot reserve or guarantee a specific booth location. You will be given your booth space number upon arrival. Sellers may purchase multiple booth spaces. No spaces will be reserved without payment. INDOOR: Each space is 10’x10’ and comes with ONE 8’ Table. INSIDE spaces remove any worries about the weather! Spots are pre-assigned. Sellers will be given their space number and location upon arrival.
PAVILION: Each space is 10x10 and comes with ONE 8' Table. PAVILION spaces are outdoors but under a covered Pavilion. Spots are pre-assigned. Sellers will be given their space number and location upon arrival.
OUTDOORS: Each space is 10’x 20’ and is located Outside on the fairgrounds. One vehicle can be left at the vendor’s space. Vendors are encouraged to bring a tent to cover their space. Tables are NOT included. Sellers will be given their space number and location upon arrival.
RETAIL BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS:
Home Based or Retail Businesses are subject to pre-approval by the Saratoga County Fairgrounds and Townsquare Media. If approved, these vendors are required to present a Certificate of Liability Insurance and NYS Taxation Department Certificate of Authority 10 days prior to the event.
LOAD IN AND SET UP
All sellers are strongly encouraged to set up the day before the event, on Friday August, 17th. The Saratoga County Fairgrounds will be locked and monitored by overnight Security Guards from Friday evening until Saturday morning. We will be notifying all sellers of specific load in and set up start and end times prior to the event. We will permit set up early Saturday morning for those that absolutely cannot set up on Friday. However, there is a very short window of time to get all sellers checked in, informed of their space assignments and set up before the gates open to the public. We want everyone to have a pleasant experience and be set up and ready to sell when the gates open!
RESTRICTIONS – PLEASE NOTE:
Items that CANNOT be sold: Tobacco, Firearms, Weapons, Alcohol, Suggestive or Provocative Items
This is a Rain or Shine Event – NO REFUNDS will be given. All reservations must be made IN ADVANCE. No spaces will be rented the day of event.
No spaces may be reserved without payment. If you stop into our offices, we accept check, money order or Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover.
We cannot accomodate requests for specific booth locations or vendors requesting the same space(s) reserved in prior years. Indoor, Pavilion and Outdoors spaces will be assigned according to the order in which they were purchased/reserved.
Absolutely NO vehicles may be driven within the Fairgrounds between the hours of 9am and 4:15pm on the day of the yard sale. No exceptions.
Food and Beverages cannot be sold on-site without prior approval by Townsquare Media. Food and Beverage Vendors should contact Townsquare Media to obtain pricing and required paperwork.
