The Urban Renewal Project is a collective known for its genre-bending original music, combining elements of jazz, hiphop and vintage soul into a signature sound that has captivated audiences around the world from SXSW to the Java Jazz Festival. The ensemble features the vocal talents of singer Alex Nester, dual emcees Elmer Demond and Slim da Reazon, and a face-melting ten-piece horn section. Building off the success of recent singles "Will to Survive" featuring Vic Mensa & "Don't Ask Y" featuring Camp Lo, the group is now releasing its fourth album Love Glory Duty Death. All shows at The Venice West are 21+ only, unless otherwise stated. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests who cannot provide proof of age will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.
Parking
Please note that residential/street parking is the only parking available near the venue. We strongly encourage rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) for a safe and convenient experience.
