ALI WEBB & FRIENDS
Ali Webb & Friends bring together well-known standards, lesser-known gems, and original songs, shaped by Ali Webb’s distinctive voice and the close interplay of her trio. The band’s sound is rooted in years of performing together, with a natural ease and musical conversation that comes from long collaboration on the bandstand (featuring Charlottesville mainstays Wells Hanley, piano; Randall Pharr, bass; and Brian Caputo, drums). Ali weaves the music together through personal storytelling – often humorous, often poignant – giving each set a natural arc.
This special performance celebrates the release of their debut album "On a Clear Day", capturing the same intimate, swinging, and deeply connected approach they’ve developed in front of live audiences.
CHARLOTTESVILLE JAZZ FESTIVAL
In conjunction with the 50th anniversary of Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall, JazzFest2026 will offer audiences a chance to enjoy nationally and internationally acclaimed artists and many of Charlottesville‘s finest musicians over four days of club, concert, and featured performances.
Multiple stages in the Downtown Mall area will host special events with outstanding artists and the festival will feature a two-night/multi-venue Club Circuit with no cover charges. The Charlottesville Jazz Festival’s mission is to bring people together through the spirit of jazz—celebrating its culture and qualities of innovation, improvisation, and collaboration. JazzFest 2026 will foster those qualities for the benefits they offer both the art form and the community.
THE GUILD at VAULT VIRGINIA:
Welcome to THE GUILD, our performance space inside the historic VAULT Virginia building on Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall. This beautifully restored early 20th-century bank provides the backdrop for what THE GUILD is all about: smaller gatherings where the experience feels personal, connected, and unhurried.
We keep events limited-capacity so that every seat feels close to the performance. The goal is simple: fewer people, more connection. When the distance between artist and audience shrinks, the atmosphere changes — conversations open up, listening deepens, and the night feels less like a show and more like a shared moment.
Every ticket is designed with hospitality in mind. Guests enjoy exclusive access to The Bradbury Café, our in-house restaurant that opens only for ticket holders, along with complimentary garage parking nearby. Tickets also carry no added fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.
For us, THE GUILD is about creating space where people can slow down, pay attention, and feel part of something together. We look forward to welcoming you into this room, and into the experiences we’ll share here in the heart of Charlottesville.
