Best Airport:
The nearest airports to the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center at the University of Maryland are Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). BWI is often the most convenient for local access, while DCA offers quick access to Washington, D.C., and IAD is also a viable option, though it's further away.

Tournament Information:

Doors open to the public at 8 AM on Sunday for same-day registration and check-in.

During check-in, you must show photo ID. Your ID must match the name on your Tixr ticket. Failure to do so will result in you're inability to participate in the event without a refund.

Round one begins promptly at 10 AM EST.
We will be using the Bandai TCG+ tournament software.

      *You must be located in NA to register and participate in this event.

      Round Timer: 35 min matches, 5 min overtime with End of Round Procedures

NO TOP CUT. Side events will be available.

    1. Deck List Submission: 

    • Deck list are due at 9:00 PM EST Noverber 8th, 2025, the day before the event. Failure to submit your deck list on time will result in a drop from the event without a refund.

      • NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE
    • Waitlist Information: 
    • The online waitlist will remain active up to two days before the event. If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added from the waitlist. If you are not automatically added, then you still have an opportunity to play in the event on a first-come, first-serve basis by signing up in-person the morning of the event.

    • Q: I signed up but I don't see myself in the Bandai app. What gives?
    • A: It is not an immediate process. Before the event, you will be moved to "applied" on the app. Once you check-in the morning of, you will be moved into the event itself.

Q: Will there be vendors at the event?
A: Yes
Q: Can I vend the event?
A: You may apply to be a vendor at the event if you own a brick and mortar store. No "backpack" vendors will be allowed. Apply by emailing support@theboosterbox.gg with subject line "VENDOR".
Q: Can I sell on the floor of the event?
A: We have a zero tolerance policy for selling at our event. If you are caught, you will be escorted out of the convention center and banned from future Booster Box events without a refund or prizing.
