The 8×10, in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, has cemented its spot as a staple in the rich Charm City live music landscape through its dedication to serving fans with diverse programming and providing a warm, welcoming “third place” to joyfully gather.   Over the last 40 years, the stage at 10 East Cross Street has played host to countless legendary acts including Nirvana, Widespread Panic, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phish, Chuck Berry, Dave Matthews Band, Lenny Kravitz, Jimmy Cliff, Billy Strings and many more.  As of 2026, The 8×10 has entered a new era of stewardship with an ownership group that includes beloved Baltimore musician Cris Jacobs and the team behind Rising Sun Presents, a Philadelphia-based live music production company. The 8×10 is a 300-capacity rock club that features a state-of-the-art sound system, an open dance floor with a wraparound balcony, and a full bar with a wide selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.
