In order to streamline the entry process, RFID wristbands will be shipped out approximately 1 month from the beginning of the festival. You are encouraged to distribute each of the wristbands to their respective owners. If you order tickets after August 18th, your tickets will be available for pick up at the box office onsite. Please make sure to bring an ID to claim your wristband(s).
If you do not have an address to ship to or you have an international order, you can pick them up at the box office. For your address just write:

There will be no refunds or exchanges on tickets. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL!!! Symbiosis Gathering will happen RAIN or SHINE! You are encouraged to prepare for inclement weather! Tickets purchased here are for the event Symbiosis Gathering 2016. Symbiosis reserves the right to change the lineup at any time.
After purchase of your tickets, be sure to look for a confirmation email to make sure your order was processed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you may contact the Tixr Help Center for more information.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY :
Make this year’s camping experience as relaxing and easy as possible, let the us set up everything for you. Ready Set Camp will allow you to come and enjoy the festival without having to bring all your gear.
All of our heavy duty canvas tents are spacious and perfect for 2 people or for an additional charge you can add a second bed to host 4. Each tent comes with a mattress, cotton sheets, pillows, comforter, lights, and indoor furniture. All you will need to bring are your personal belongings.
Ready Set Camp will be located in a specially reserved area right at the lakeside. There will be exclusive parking for Ready Set Camp and bathrooms nearby, and each camper will receive a token for a shower while onsite. We hope that Ready Set Camp will help to make this the most enjoyable Symbiosis Gathering ever!
Ready Set Camp
5 nights/ 5 days camping for up to 4 people (Car Camping Pass & Early Entry Included)
Premium location, close to all festival activities and right on the lake
1 - Bed: 2 person occupancy (Full size bed with complete with set of sheets, linens and pillows with comforter)

General Rules:
Maximum of 4 people per tent
Renters will be allowed early access to festival beginning wednesday September 21st
RSC parking passes allow for close parking to campground
All equipment must be returned in good condition, free of all personal property & trash
If damage occurs, the replacement cost will come out of the $300 deposit (refundable at time of checkout if no damage or loss occurs.
Bathrooms are not part of tents but will be close by and cleaned each day
Power will not be provided to each tent
There are no coolers in tents
There is no internet access
You will get RSC access once you check-in at the reception tent
When picking up festival wristband at the box office, you will receive your RSC car camping pass as well with valid ID.
Camping spots are 15’ x 15’ (Total area including tent)
RV’s are not allowed in the RSC area
Your CC will be held on file and charged if there are any damages to the tent or any of the items inside
We are NOT responsible for any damages to personal property of renters. Renters shall assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property. Locks will be provided for each tent. Renters shall indemnify and hold us harmless from all loss resulting there of; including damages or loss caused by fire, water, theft or vandalism. The liability will not exceed the period of this rental agreement.
