Health and Safety Check Requirement
Star Trek: Mission Chicago requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry for all attendee fans age 5+. Participants age 5+ are required to show proof of completion of full vaccination with a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO or proof of a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test administered by a medical provider for admission. WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
All attendees six-years-old and up must purchase a ticket for Star Trek: Mission Chicago. Kids 6-12 must purchase a 3-Day Kids ticket in order to attend the Event. For those 13 and over, purchase of an adult ticket is required. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite. Please note: all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
Please note: The entitlements that come with the Priority One Access Package are only provided to the person holding the Priority One Access ticket. Children under 6 years of age may accompany a parent with a Priority One Access ticket but are required to sit on the parents lap for any panels at the Main Stage. Any additional family members 6 years of age and older that want to accompany a Priority One Access ticket holder and enjoy the entitlements that are provided with the package must also purchase a Priority One Access package.
TICKET MAILING DEADLINE
If you are purchasing your tickets on or before the ticket mailing deadline your tickets will be mailed via USPS to the address you enter. International orders will only be available for pick up at Will Call. If you purchase your ticket after the ticket mailing deadline, you will have to wait in line at Will Call to pick up your tickets. After February 13th, 2022 we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address.
Star Trek: Mission Chicago Tickets Are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable but in the event that we postpone or cancel Star Trek: Mission Chicago we will offer fans the option to either transfer their tickets to the new event dates or receive a full refund of their ticket order.
There is a limit of 12 tickets per transaction. You are able to purchase up to (4) Priority One Access VIP Tickets and (8) tickets of any other type.
