1230pm -An immersive wellness experience presented by Spinach Records leading one through a grounded exploration of connection and release. This will be offered through meditation and guided free-flow movement. Curiosity and play will be invited as we move through space. Come as you are, no more experience necessary.

2pm - immersive One Day Choir experience with Gaia Music Collective. No auditions. No judgment. No need for perfection. Just the joy of singing in harmony with a room full of beautiful humans.

5pm - Imal Gnawa live presented by Beyond Barzakh. Imal Gnawa is a New York-based Moroccan music ensemble that preserves and reimagines traditional Gnawa trance rhythms through hypnotic instrumentation, spiritual chants, and vibrant improvisation.

730pm-11pm - Ecstatic Dance presented by Ecstatic Dance NYC
