Event Information

HE: Memoir of the Human Body Vol II explores the memories of lived experiences that are stored in our being. Through radical acceptance expressed in various mediums and styles, we reflect on life’s imprint on our nervous systems—honouring, expressing, and remembering, whether as performers or witnesses.

Take this opportunity to slow down, as the multimedia exhibit takes you on a journey of inward somatic attunement to conscious witnessing of performance artists, into integrative embodiment that allows you to process the consumed information through body awareness, vocal and physical release.

As you enter the calming serenity of communal effort, we ask that you remember your contribution to the space—your presence.

Dress code: Luxurious Comfort - breathable fabric, fluid cuts for effortless movement and elegance.

For an embodied immersion, we ask you to remove your shoes, silence your phones, or leave them with the receptionist, and maintain mindful awareness throughout the event.

Ticket Revenue: All proceeds contribute to the sustainability of the creative economy, supporting our artists and covering production costs.
