Chase the Bear is a high-energy, six-piece Canadian rock band hailing from Vancouver, BC. Known for their dynamic, infectious, and hook-laden songs, the group delivers a heavy punch of live energy that has captivated audiences across Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Originating as a busking duo featuring Troy Gilmore (vocals) and Braedan Royer (bass), the project quickly evolved into a full-fledged rock and roll force of nature. The lineup is completed by a powerful creative chemistry that includes brothers Troy and Leo Gilmore, along with longtime friends and collaborators Jordan Phillips (guitar), Connor Brooks (drums), and Kevin Parker (keyboards). With over 200 shows under their belt and a recently completed American tour, Chase The Bear continues to win over listeners everywhere with their undeniable musicianship, brotherly bonds, and passionate live performances. They are signed to Rock Is Dead Records/604 Records and released their debut album, Honey, in 2023.
