Hamilton's premier craft beer and cider festival returns to Pier 4 Park for an unforgettable weekend! Because Beer offers a unique opportunity to sample hundreds of craft beers and ciders from dozens of craft beer and cider makers, chat with brewers, and enjoy hours of fun. Festival-goers can also take in a great music stage as well as delicious fare served up by specialty food vendors, a free retro arcade and more!
Because Beer takes place Friday July 11 (from 3pm-midnight) and Saturday July 12 (from 3pm-midnight) in Hamilton's Pier 4 Park, nestled on the city's west harbour waterfront.

Friday July 11 will feature headliners Down with Webster with special guests The Dirty Nil plus performances from The OBGMs and Born In The Eighties. Available as an add-on purchase during checkout, Friday also features a ticketed afterparty at Bridgeworks with The Commandos (11pm doors, 12am show).
Saturday July 12 will feature headliners The Sheepdogs with special guests Matthew Good & His Band plus performances from Terra Lightfoot, Loviet, and Small-Town Strip Club. Available as an add-on purchase during checkout, Saturday also features a ticketed afterparty at Bridgeworks with Big Shiny Goons (11pm doors, 12am show).
Festival schedule will be shared with ticketholders in the days leading up to the festival.
Weekend Pass includes one (1) tasting cup and four (4) four-ounce sampling tokens, and two-day festival access.
Single-day Pass includes one (1) tasting cup and two (2) four-ounce sampling tokens.
Token bundles, VIP packages, and Afterparty passes are available as add-ons during advance ticket purchase process.
Additional sampling tokens will be available to purchase onsite.
