FRANKENSTEIN — AUDITIONS

A Play in Two Acts by Victor Gialanella
Adapted from the novel by Mary Shelley

Seminole Theatre and MagicArts Studios invite actors from the community to audition for a haunting new production of FRANKENSTEIN, bringing Victor Frankenstein’s legendary creation to life on stage.

Directed by Frankie Navarro of MagicArts Studios and produced by Katherine Rubio of Seminole Theatre, this gothic and chilling production will feature a cast of up to 12 actors. All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to audition!

Set in and around the Frankenstein estate in Geneva, Switzerland, during the mid-1800s, the story explores ambition, love, obsession, and the consequences of playing God.

CAST OF CHARACTERS

Roles include Victor Frankenstein, Elizabeth Lavenza, Alfonse Frankenstein, William Frankenstein, Henry Clerval, Lionel Mueller, Frau Mueller, Hans Metz, Peter Schmidt, DeLacey, Justine Moritz, and The Creature.

French and German accents are desired but not required.

This production contains adult themes, violent situations, and special effects, including strobe lighting, fog, and loud sound effects. Child actors are welcome to audition; however, parents should be aware that some material and effects may not be suitable for younger or sensitive children.
