Join us for an evening with Aperture Cellars. Aperture crafts expressive Bordeaux-style wines from some of Sonoma County's finest cool-climate vineyards under the direction of acclaimed owner and winemaker Jesse Katz, named Wine Enthusiast's 2025 Winemaker of the Year. Aperture was ranked No. 14 on the 2025 World's 50 Best Vineyards list, earning the Highest New Entry Award.

Hosting our table this evening is Callum Clarke, Aperture's Western Regional Sales Manager. Over a multicourse meal, Clarke will pour through the lineup and share the stories behind the vineyards and the winemaking that shapes each bottle.
