Cape Breton’s Biggest Summer Party heads into its 3rd Year – with 3 days of Amazing Music on 2 Stages with ROCK THE FIDDLE 2025. Thursday Night August 14. Doors open at 7:00PM Exclusive VIP night at the C200 Concourse featuring Rankin MacInnis and the Broken Reeds plus special guests. VIP's will be treated to hospitality and entertainment in this non-ticketed, exclusive VIP event.
 
Friday August 15 Line up -  The Turnbull Brothers, RG Schaller and the Peacemakers, Privateers/High Society, Sam Moon Reunion Band featuring Jon Hines and John Campbelljohn, Matt Minglewood Band.  A Cape Breton classic night to be sure! 
 
Saturday August 16 Line-up - Elyse Aeryn, Pretty Archie, The Hello Darlins, Jimmy Rankin Band.
 
 

 Thursday August 14 - Centre 200 - Doors Open at 7:00PM

Gates open at the Port of Sydney on Friday August 15 and Saturday August 16 at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6:30 p.m. The event is 19+.

The tradition of celebrating with live music on the Sydney Waterfront returns with the inaugural Rock the Fiddle 2023. Designed to present the very best talent from the island alongside some of Canada’s finest acts, this year’s event has the enthusiastic support of Cape Breton Music Industry Cooperative, (CBMIC).
