Admission
A Standard Admission Badge is required to attend the event. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
Want to upgrade your experience? A Premium Upgrade is available as an add-on to your Standard Admission Badge if you're looking to have a premium experience.
Want to add-on merch? We're offering Radiance Booster Boxes and an RC Exclusive Playmat for pre-purchase while supplies last.
Riftbound Regional Championship: Europe Main Event
The Riftbound Regional Championship: Europe Main Event is invitation only. Qualified players will receive a Standard Competitor Badge separately and do not need to purchase an Admission Badge to compete.
All tickets will be subject to city, state, county, and country taxes where applicable.
Additional registration for side events will be available on site at the Riftbound Regional Championship: Europe.

Standard Admission Badge

The Standard Admission Badge grants full access for one (1) attendee to the venue from Friday, November 6, 2026 through Sunday, November 8, 2026 with a wide range of gameplay, side events, and activities to explore. Whether you’re here to test new decks, connect with the community, or just soak in the atmosphere, this badge is your starting point. Please note: the Standard Admission Badge does not include access to the Riftbound Regional Championship: Europe Main Event.

Badge Policy
All Riftbound Regional Championship: Europe badges are non-transferable.
Badge registration details, including registered name, email address, and other registration information, are locked at the time of purchase and cannot be changed after purchase.
Typographical errors in registration details may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, changes to badge ownership or identity are not permitted under any circumstances.
Each badge must be associated with a corresponding Play Riftbound account email to ensure the correct player is included in event participation and related systems.

One Badge Per Attendee
Each attendee may only have one badge for a Riftbound Regional Qualifier.
If multiple badges are purchased for the same attendee, the badge from the most recent purchase will remain valid and any previous badge(s) will be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed upon request.

Refunds will start being processed one week after the opening of ticket sales. Ticket sales will close two weeks prior to the event and refunds may still be requested after ticket sales have ended.

Code of Conduct
Riftbound Regional Championship is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, including but not limited to: stalking, intimidation, offensive comments,
unwanted physical contact or attention, harassment via photography or recording, hate symbols, or discrimination based on race, gender, orientation, appearance, disability, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
This policy applies to all spaces associated with Riftbound—in person and online—and to everyone: attendees, exhibitors, guests, press, staff, volunteers, and security. If you experience or witness harassment, report it immediately to event staff, security, or the
info booth. Staff may take any action deemed appropriate, including removal without refund or banning from future events. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
Cosplay is not consent. Always ask before taking photos or engaging physically, and respect others’ right to say no.
The exchange of money for Riftbound cards or products outside of designated vendor booths is prohibited.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if badges, upgrades, or side events sell out?
Waitlists will be available for sold-out badges, upgrades, and side events. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee availability. If additional space becomes available, waitlisted attendees will be contacted.
Can I give my badge to someone else?
All Riftbound Regional Championship badges are non-transferable.
Can I buy more than one badge?
Each attendee may only have one badge per event. If multiple badges are purchased for the same attendee, only the most recent badge will remain valid. Badges must be registered to the attendee using them.
Are refunds available?
Refunds will be processed upon request. To request a refund, please contact customerservice@uvsgames.com. Refunds will begin being processed one week after the opening of ticket sales. Ticket sales will close two weeks prior to the event, and refunds may still be requested after ticket sales have ended.
Can I refund a side event?
Yes. You can receive a refund for a side event as long as you did not play. If a voucher was used, your original voucher code will be refunded the amount equal to your side event ticket. You will be able to use the same code again once the refund is processed.
Does an Admission Badge allow me to compete in the Regional Championship Main Event?
No. The Regional Championship Main Event is invitation only and limited to qualified players.
I qualified for the Regional Championship. Do I need to purchase an Admission Badge?
No. Qualified players participating in the Main Event will receive a Standard Competitor Badge separately and do not need to purchase an Admission Badge to compete.
Can I upgrade my Standard Admission Badge to Premium Admission?
Yes. A Premium Upgrade is available as an add-on to your Standard Admission Badge. This is available while supplies last.
I purchased a Premium Upgrade that includes product. Will my product be reserved?
If your badge includes product access, or you have pre-purchased items, your allocation is reserved. There is no need to arrive early or rush to secure it. You can pick up your product at your convenience during the event. Please have your QR code ready when you pick up your items.
Can I buy a badge on site?
All Admission Badges are sold prior to the beginning of the event.
