Event Information

Ages 21+ | 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Oasis Pool Party (21+) passes can be accessed by logging into your Tixr account. If you have issues finding your tickets, head to the Oasis Pool Party box office near the event entrance. A valid ID is required to redeem your ticket at the box office and to enter the event. Tickets are non-transferable.

Dress Code

The following apparel is prohibited:

  • Torn or Cut-Off Clothing
  • Offensive prints or designs on clothing or accessories
  • Risqué or indecent swimwear or clothing
  • Athletic Wear, Jerseys, Basketball Shorts and Baggy Clothing
  • Chains or Attire with Rivets, Hooks, and Studs

    Bag Policy
    • Gila River Resorts & Casinos enforces a clear bag policy for all Summer Oasis Pool Party Events
    • Bags must be clear and be Plastic, Vinyl or PVC and Does Not Exceed 12”x12”x6”
    • Small Clutch Bag | Including Wallet – Approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap; no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
    • All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search
    • Lockers are available for rent for the duration of the party. See Hotel Lobby for Details.

    Parking
    Parking is Complimentary in any of our parking lots or in the parking garage

    Gila River Casino staff will not take possession of prohibited items from any guest at any time. Any prohibited item left at any entrance by a guest will be disposed of immediately.

    The following items are NOT allowed in Gila River Resorts & Casinos under any circumstances:

    1. -Weapons, firearms, pepper spray/mace, flares or fireworks
    2. -Food, beverage, liquid containers, alcohol, cans, bottles, flasks, coolers or water bottles
    3. -Workman’s Tool, pocket knives, or any other tool and/or weapon
    4. -Laser pens/pointers and flashlights
    5. -Laptop/tablet computers are not allowed
    6. -Noise making devices: Air horns, cowbells, drums or whistles
    7. -Signs/Flags/Banners/Posters
    8. -Pamphlets or product samples unless pre-approval has been granted by Executive Management
    9. -Skateboards, rollerblades or bicycles
    10. -Umbrellas
    11. -Drugs or illegal substances
    12. -Video or audio recording devices of any kind
    13. -Any item that may be deemed potentially harmful
    14. -Selfie Sticks

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.
