Downsound Entertainment Ltd is the producer of Reggae Sumfest. Downsound Founder, CEO and Chairman is Joseph Bogdanovich. Downsound's USA affiliate, Sumfest Productions LLC, helps produce Reggae Sumfest and organizes the ticketing, helps with marketing, booking, and production. Downsound and Joseph acquired Reggae Sumfest in 2016, rescuing the festival from a precarious financial position, and making significant investments to enhance and continue it as Jamaica's premier music festival.
