In celebration of TRQPITECA's 10 year anniversary, ICUQTS 2025 will showcase live music, performances, DJ sets, and visual art installations from artists who have contributed significantly to dance music and queer culture in Chicago and internationally. First produced in 2018, International Chicago Underground Queer Transcendence Symposium (ICUQTS) is an interdisciplinary festival and symposium showcasing the music, art, and culture of local and international queer, trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming artists. Organized by TRQPITECA, this festival supports our mission on a larger scale by creating space for artists to experiment and thrive, celebrating our existence and right to self-expression, and uplifting today’s generation of queer artists influencing contemporary culture. ICUQTS bridges the gaps between artistic mediums and geographic borders while celebrating Chicago’s legacy as a global center of queer culture.

Hosted at the historic Ramova Theatre in Chicago on December 28, 2025, and supported by the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs & Specials Events "Chicago Presents", this event is the culmination of 10 years of TRQPITECA as an artist duo and production company. 2026 will mark a new chapter of our collective creativity, as we focus on our artistry and achieve the milestone of opening our Back of the Yards storefront as the new home of TRQPITECA Records.

Join us as we celebrate 10 years and close out 2025 with a bang! RSVP at the link in our bio for guaranteed entry; ICUQTS 2025 will be a FREE, all day, 2-stage event from 3pm-2am on December 28, 2025; All Ages up until 10 PM and 18+ past 10 PM.
