Public Works welcomes back the incomparable Stavroz on 10/24/25. Known for their lush, genre-defying blend of electronic, jazz, and world music, Stavroz creates an atmosphere that’s part dancefloor, part dreamscape. Their return promises an immersive sonic journey unlike any other, don’t sleep on this one

STAVROZ BIO:

Hailing from the heart of Flanders, Belgium, Stavroz began in 2011 when sound-engineers/DJs IJsbrand De Wilde and Gert Beazar expanded their studio duo by adding multi-instrumentalists Maxim Helincks and Pieter De Meester, evolving into a live-performing group. Known for their distinctive blend of acoustic instrumentation—bass, guitar, sax, brass—and electronic production, they forge a cinematic, organic take on house and down-tempo music.

Their debut EP, *The Ginning*, topped Hype Machine, went gold in France, and earned “vinyl of the month” honors in Germany’s Faze Magazine. Follow-up single “Gold Town” held the No. 1 spot on Beatport’s Electronic Top 100 for months and even found its way onto the GTA V soundtrack. With their own label, Moodfamily, they’ve maintained creative independence and supported other like‑minded artists.

Boasting over 100 million streams and half a million monthly Spotify listeners, Stavroz have become festival favorites—from Coachella to Fusion, Cercle broadcasts, and global tours—where their live sets elegantly blur the boundary between DJ groove and live performance.
