First Round
- Best-of-three match series featuring the No. 5-12 seeds (each series includes two matches, with a third played if necessary)
- Seeds No. 5-8 select their First Round opponents from the No. 9-12 seeds
- Winning teams advance to the Quarterfinals in Newport Beach and are re-seeded based on regular season standings points
