Q: Where can I register to play in the tournament?

A: Register today at ppatour.com for a tournament near you!

Q: What are the different types of tickets available for PPA events?

A: There are three tiers of tickets at PPA events: grounds pass, courtside, and VIP.

Q: What is a grounds pass?

A: A grounds pass is general admission to the tournament venue. This includes access to the amateur courts and some professional matches that take place outside of championship court. All coaches, family, and fans are required to purchase a grounds pass to enter the venue.

Q: What does a courtside ticket include?

A: A courtside ticket gets you access to the championship stadium to watch the main professional matches. The seating is bleacher seating.

Q: Do I need to buy a grounds pass if I already bought a courtside ticket?

A: No. A courtside ticket includes a grounds pass for the day. You do not need to purchase a grounds pass if you have already purchased a ticket for championship court.

Q: If I am registered to play in the event, do I need to buy a grounds pass?

A: No. All registered players receive free admission for the entire week of the event. Players do not need to purchase a grounds pass for themselves.

Q: Do players receive any free spectator tickets?

A: No, all coaches, family members, and guests must purchase a grounds pass to attend. The only exception to this is for minors that are registered to play in the tournament. They receive one grounds pass for a parent or guardian to accompany them on the day that they play. To claim their grounds pass, this parent or guardian must be present when the player they are accompanying checks in.

Q: If I am registered to play in the event, do I need to pay full price for a courtside ticket?

A: No. Because registered players receive a grounds pass for the week, they are able to purchase tickets to courtside tickets at a discounted rate. These upgrades will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event.

Q: What does a VIP ticket include?

A: VIP tickets provide exclusive access to the VIP lounge and seating, which is located on championship court. Purchase a VIP ticket for the premier pickleball experience including best-in-house viewing of championship court, snacks and beverages, and a catered meal.

Q: Can I upgrade my ticket type after purchasing?

A: Ticket upgrades will be available at the door.

Q: Can I purchase tickets for the entire week?

A: Yes, weeklong grounds passes, championship court tickets, and VIP tickets are available for purchase through Tixr at a discounted rate.

Q: Is there a discounted rate for children?

A: All children 8 and under receive free admission.

Q: Once I buy my tickets, how will I receive them?

A: Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Tixr that contains your tickets. The easiest way to access your tickets is to scroll to the very bottom of the email where a pdf version of the tickets is attached.

Q: What is the schedule of events?

A: The exact schedule for brackets will be released the week of the event after the close of registration. Generally, amateur brackets begin at 7am each day, and pro matches on championship court begin at 10am.

Q: Can I bring in outside food?

A: No, outside food and drinks are not allowed at tournament venues. There will be food available for purchase onsite.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: No, pets are not allowed at the tournament venue.
