Q: What is a PPA grounds pass?
A: A grounds pass is general admission to the tournament venue. This includes access to the amateur courts and some professional matches that take place outside of Humana championship court. All coaches, family, and fans are required to purchase a grounds pass to enter the venue.

A: A grounds pass is general admission to the tournament venue. This includes access to the amateur courts only. All coaches, family, and fans must purchase a grounds pass to enter the venue. You can upgrade to a Courtside Pass onsite to watch the Pro plays on Humana Championship and Carvana Grandstand Court.
Q: What does a PPA courtside ticket include?
A: A courtside ticket gets you access to the Humana championship court to watch the main professional matches. The seating is bleacher seating.
Q: Do I need to buy a grounds pass if I already bought a courtside ticket?
A: No. A courtside ticket includes a grounds pass for the day. You do not need to purchase a grounds pass if you have already purchased a ticket for Humana championship court.
Q: If I am registered to play in the event, do I need to buy a grounds pass?
A: No. All registered players receive free admission for the entire week of the event. Players do not need to purchase a grounds pass for themselves.
Q: Do players receive any free spectator tickets?
A: No, all coaches, family members, and guests must purchase a grounds pass to attend. The only exception to this is for minors that are registered to play in the tournament. They receive one grounds pass for a parent or guardian to accompany them on the day that they play. To claim their grounds pass, this parent or guardian must be present when the player they are accompanying checks in.
Q: If I am registered to play in the event, do I need to pay full price for a courtside ticket?
A: No. Because registered players receive a grounds pass for the week, they are able to upgrade their grounds pass to a courtside or VIP ticket (if tickets are available). These upgrades will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event, or you can reach out to ticketing@ppatour.com with your order ID to request a partial refund after making your purchase.
Q: What does a VIP ticket include?
A: VIP tickets provide exclusive access to the VIP lounge and seating, which is located on Humana championship court. Purchase a VIP ticket for the premier pickleball experience including best-in-house viewing of Humana championship court, snacks and beverages, and a catered meal.
Q: Can I upgrade my ticket type after purchasing?
A: Ticket upgrades will be available at the door.
Q: Can I purchase tickets for the entire week?
A: Yes, weeklong grounds passes, Humana championship court tickets, and VIP tickets are available for purchase through Tixr at a discounted rate. Weeklong ticket sales end on the first day of every tournament.
Q. Do you offer group rates for tickets?
A. Yes, we have different package options and group rates available for purchases of 10 or more tickets. Please reach out to Lainey, l.mandaville@ppatour.com, to inquire about group experiences.
Q: When can I enter the venue if I have a single-session ticket?
A: A single session ticket can be used to watch any of the matches throughout the venue at any time of the day. It is only valid on Humana championship court or in the VIP area during the session it was purchased for.
Q: Is there a discounted rate for children?
A: All children 8 and under receive free admission.
Q: Can I buy tickets from other websites?
A: We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from third-party websites, as the PPA Tour is not affiliated with any ticket resellers. The PPA Tour is not responsible for any issues with tickets bought from resellers. To guarantee authenticity, please purchase tickets directly from our official website.
Q: Once I buy my tickets, how will I receive them?
A: Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Tixr that contains your tickets. The easiest way to access your tickets is to scroll to the very bottom of the email where a pdf version of the tickets is attached.
Q: Where can I find the schedule for PPA events?
A: The exact schedule for brackets will be released the week of the event after the close of registration. Generally, amateur brackets begin at 7am each day, and pro matches on Humana championship court begin at 10am.
Q: What is the schedule of events for MLP events?

Q: Can I bring in outside food?
A: No, outside food and drinks are not allowed at tournament venues. There will be food available for purchase onsite.
