Card Legality:
All cards up to BSS02, ST01-ST05, C01, EX01 and Tournament Pack Vol. 1 & 2 are legal for play.
Deck List Submission:
Deck list are due at 8 PM local time, EDT Sept 8th, 2023, the day before the event. Failure to submit your deck list on time will result in a Round 1 loss.
Tournament Structure:
60 minute rounds + 5 minutes/3 turns overtime
