EVENT GUIDELINES
• Ohio Bike Week is rain or shine
• Vendors are expected to remain open during official event hours.
• No Refunds
• Vendors Fees will be deposited upon receipt
• Advantage Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant for any reason
• Vendor displays must stay within designated square footage of space requested. This includes display racks, tables,
awnings, trailer tongue, tie downs, etc. If you need additional space in front or behind your space, add footage to
your size request.
• Vendor Shipping Merchandise: We are not responsible for any merchandise that is delivered to our shipping address.
If merchandise is being shipped prior to the event, please notify us for shipping address. NO C.O.D. packages will be
accepted. Due to limited space, please pick up your packages promptly.
• All vendors must leave location clean of trash, zip ties and debris. Each location will be inspected and noted on what
condition your space was left in
• All bagged trash and broken-down cardboard boxes must be placed in trash receptacles.  
• No vendor may assign, sublet, or apportion all or any part of the space assigned to them, nor permits any other party
to exhibit herein, other than the business to which the space is assigned and insured.
• We request all food vendors submit 5-10 meal coupons to help feed our staff.
• Each confirmed vendor will receive a confirmation of set-up times. The only exception to these set-up times will be
exhibitors with fifth-wheels and semi-trucks. Upon Management request, these larger displays may set-up earlier.
No early tear down without show management approval – NO exceptions.
• Vendor supplied drapes, hangings, curtains, drops and all decorative materials that would tend to increase a fire
hazard shall be made from nonflammable materials, or shall be treated and maintained in flame-retardant solution.
The state Fire Marshall may come in at any time to enforce this. Some show’s overhead canopies are not permitted
and/or fire extinguishers are required.

MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS
• Advantage Entertainment, LLC has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (t-
shirts, collectibles, etc). Advantage Entertainment, LLC further has the right to inspect, approve, reject, or otherwise
control and the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in
its sole discretion. Any products or services rejected by Advantage Entertainment, LLC, must be removed
immediately from event premises and may be removed by Advantage Entertainment, LLC if this does not occur.
• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, weapons, merchandise containing racial slurs, manufacturer or copyright
infringements, obscenities or other offensive or other detrimental matter will not be permitted and will be
confiscated and not returned.
• Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
A Certificate of Liability, showing proof of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00, valid through the entire event dates.
