Kerosene Heights

Kerosene Heights is an emo / punk band from Asheville, North Carolina. The band makes exciting songs that carry the torch of earlier emo bands with distorted twinkly guitars, shouty heart-on-sleeve lyrics, and the energy of a sweaty basement show. Their sophomore LP, Blame It On The Weather, recorded at Two Worlds Recording Studios, with Billy Mannino (Oso Oso, Ben Quad, TRSH, Macseal, etc), will be released on 8/15 via SIDEONEDUMMY records.

hi, low

hi, low is a project that began as a way for two buddies to hang out and make goofy noises on a Tascam tape recorder. They've since become a real band with music and instruments reminiscent of your first guitar plugged into a karaoke machine with at least 1 million pedals in between. hi, low makes crunchy lofi ear candy for people with attachment issues, and for themselves.

After forming in December 2023, the band has since written 2 albums, and played over 20 shows across eastern Canada. In February 2025, hi, low released their first two singles, “the world’s dumbest plan by: the world’s dumbest guy” and “dried up” along with a music video and a lyric video. In July 2025, the duo released their third single titled “loose ends”. hi, low plans to release a 7 song EP in the last quarter of 2025.

Heavy Sweater

Heavy Sweater is a rock band from Toronto. Started in 2020, the group blends power pop, indie and emo into an energetic and catchy sound. After four years of tireless recording and performing as part of Ontario’s DIY punk rock scene, the band enlisted METZ frontman Alex Edkins to produce their debut album “SO SAD !” and released it in the spring of 2025. They soon followed it up with their “Hemorrhaging” EP later that year.
