Q: What is DAY FEST?
A full-day R&B and hip-hop music experience hosted by Noise Complaints x PLAYGRND SERIES, featuring top DJs, food vendors, and a waterfront warehouse vibe in Los Angeles.
Q: When and where is the event?
Date: Saturday, July 5, 2025
Time: Doors open at 3PM | Music 3PM–10PM
Location: AltaSea – Berth 60, 2451 Signal St, San Pedro, CA 90731
Q: Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets are expected to sell out in advance. If any remain, we will have them at the door. We strongly recommend purchasing online.
Q: What’s the difference between GA and VIP?
GA: Access to full festival, food vendors, and performances.
VIP: Dedicated VIP entry, VIP viewing section closer to stage, private restrooms, and exclusive bar access.
Q: Do I need to bring my ticket?
Yes. Please bring your digital or printed ticket and a valid government-issued ID.
Q: Can I upgrade to VIP later?
If VIP is not sold out, yes. Please email us to upgrade at info@noisecomplaintsmusic.com (limited availability).
Q: Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking passes are available for pre-purchase online. Parking at the venue not accessible without parking pass.
Q: Will there be rideshare pickup/drop-off?
Yes. There will be a designated Uber/Lyft zone outside the venue entrance.
Q: Is the event 21+?
Yes. This is a 21+ event. Valid ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
Q: What forms of ID are accepted?
Government-issued IDs (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport). No student IDs or photos of ID.
Q: What items are not allowed?
Weapons of any kind
Outside food or drinks
Drugs or illegal substances
Large bags (over 12"x12")
Professional cameras or drones (unless approved)
Pets (service animals permitted)
Q: Will there be food at the event?
Yes. We’re featuring multiple local food trucks and dessert vendors on-site.
Q: Will alcohol be served?
Yes. There will be full bars on site. 21+ only with valid ID.
Q: Can I bring in my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food or beverages are not permitted.
Q: Is the event cashless?
Cashless Bar. Vendors might accept cash.
Q: Will photos or video be taken?
Yes. The event will be professionally filmed and photographed. By entering, you consent to being filmed for recap content.
