Event Information

Join us for an evening of a very special four-course dinner paired with Mexican wines.

Mexico is home to the oldest vineyard in North America and yet its wines remain relatively unknown due to a history of prohibition, taxation, and fierce competition in the international arena of wine. Luckily, all of that is changing and we see more and more wine from Mexico coming into the market. For this special dinner, we will be sipping on a selection of wines from central Mexico and the states of Guanajuato and Queretero. From sparkling to delicate whites to robust reds, we will explore the unique terroir that makes these wines so refreshingly delicious.

Executive Chef Luis Lagos will prepare a series of dishes to highlight this terroir and excite your palate.  As an added bonus, we will enjoy the live sounds of Bolero from Trio Estrellas De Oro.  Please join us for what looks to be a special evening.
