Dark Entries 15 Year Anniversary Party

DARK ENTRIES RECORDS is a San Francisco-based record label helmed by
Josh Cheon, a vinyl-focused DJ and collector, born in July 2009 in San
Francisco to release out of print and unreleased archival music as
well as contemporary bands. Synth-pop, Italo disco, Darkwave, House,
and Techno that proves to be crucial to our modern idea of bodily
music that exists out of time. So to celebrate 15 years of the label
2009 to 2024, we've brought together some of our roster and friends.


Bill Converse
Bill Converse is a legacy and both a revered musician and true
selector. Originally hailing from Michigan and now calling Austin,
Texas his home, Bill injects a Mid-West-influenced industrial
moodiness to his unique flavor of chugging acid.  Bill is your
favorite DJ's favorite DJ, and your favorite producer's favorite
producer.

Group Rhoda
Group Rhoda diverges through synthesizer-laden symphonics,
four-to-the-floor inflections, and cosmic musings. Mara Barenbaum's
striking voice and singular songcraft guide us through this labyrinth.

Dax Pierson
ax Pierson is a musician/producer who has called the East Bay home for
20 years. He was co-founder of the bands Subtle and 13 & God, a
touring member of left of center hip-hop group Themselves and an
associate of the Anticon collective.

Carlos Souffront
Carlos Souffront is a DJ's DJ from Detroit with impeccable taste who
apparently has one of the most insane acid collections in the world.

Pre Op Trans
Pre Op Trans began DJiing at New York City’s Wierd party in 2008,
bringing a mastery of minimal synth and coldwave classics to the
dancefloor to fulfill late-night pleasure seekers, always playing a
dark, eclectic mix of the very rare with the very “right now.”
