When is the event:
Saturday, November 6 11am - 10pm and Sunday, November 7th 11am - 9pm
Re-entry for the day is welcomed. Rain or Shine, we are open.
Parking:
There is plenty of parking at AREA15.
Cancellation:
By purchasing a ticket to attend an event hosted by DelicCorp at AREA15, you agree not to sell or share your ticket or email confirmation. In the event DelicCorp/MeetDelic determines in its sole discretion that you have violated this policy, DelicCorp/MeetDelic can cancel your ticket(s) and keep any money paid by you. Confirmations and/or tickets that have been sold or provided by anyone other than the DelicCorp/MeetDelic will not be honored. DelicCorp/MeetDelic reserves the right to refuse admission, service and cancel your ticket(s) at their sole discretion without liability.
You must provide an individual name for each ticket upon purchase. If DelicCorp/MeetDelic determines you have purchased more than one ticket in your name for any event, DelicCorp/MeetDelic reserves the right to cancel your duplicate ticket(s) and issue you a refund less the processing.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No refunds will be given for missed event.
Lost/Stolen Tickets:
The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Transfer Policy:
You may transfer your ticket by giving the physical copy to another person. Please note once the ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used again.
Upgrade Policy:
The buyer can upgrade event ticket(s) by doing the following:
Purchase ticket(s) in the higher priced tier, then contact info@meetdelic.com and provide the following information:
Name of buyer and email address used for order
Name of event ticket(s) purchased for
Order confirmation number for:
Original order that you would like refunded
New order you are keeping as an upgrade to the original order.
Once a request has been received and processed, you will receive notification that the original order has been cancelled.
Deadline to process an upgrade request is October 15, 2021.
Upgrades are subject to availability.
Ticket Resale:
To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, attendees should make all their purchases through DelicCorp/MeetDelic authorized websites only.
The resale of tickets (“scalping”) is against the law and will not be permitted. Reselling online will result in ticket(s) being cancelled without refund. Scalping/ reselling onsite, in or around the Area 15, is prohibited and strictly enforced
