His sets are a masterclass in quicksilver transitions, seamlessly traversing percolating trance, frenetic techno, and seductive psychedelia. As a co-founder of the influential Mala Junta collective, DJ TOOL has been instrumental in re-contextualizing trance within the queer underground, utilizing an encyclopedic knowledge of clandestine classics to create a sound that is as assertive as it is authentic.
