This moving, music-filled keynote looks at parenthood, inclusion and the transformative power of truly listening to children. Featuring mom and Five Counties Early Childhood Educator Hannah Bailey (as well as her musical friends), enjoy heartfelt storytelling, humor and live music as Hannah shares her journey about the pursuit of inclusion for her own son, Max.

Hannah will explain having to navigate Max’s heart condition, rare genetic diagnosis and childhood apraxia of speech – and how doing so reshaped everything her family understood about behaviour, communication, regulation and belonging.

Blending lived experience with her work in early childhood education, Hannah invites you to look beyond behaviour, challenge the systems children are expected to fit into, and create environments where every child can belong – just as they are.
