The Peterborough Concert Band is proud to present its major fall concert Legends & Lore. The program features a blend of classical and contemporary works that explore the musical interpretations and themes of folk tales and myths from Canada and around the world. World premieres of two pieces commissioned by the Band through its Emerging Composers Program will also be part of this inspiring afternoon of music! All proceeds from the concert will directly support the Concert Band’s annual program of free concerts in public spaces and in senior’s homes and retirement residences.
