Charging lockers provide a place for you and your friends to store your freshly scored merchandise, jackets, shoes, bags and more - while also providing a charging place for phones, battery banks, and other devices. Each locker is internally equipped with a 3-in-1 USB charging cable that features USB-C, Lightning (Apple) and Micro USB connectors to charge devices. You'll enjoy freedom with your locker throughout festival hours and are free to come and go as you wish. Please, no perishable food or beverages inside the lockers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does charging lockers mean?

Each locker includes a 3-in-1 USB charging cable - featuring USB-C, Lightning (Apple) and Micro USB connectors - so you do not need to bring your own cables. You may charge devices that use these connectors securely inside your locker. For optimal charging speeds, we do not recommend charging more than one device at a time. There is no additional fee to use this power - it's included with your locker rental! We do not offer mobile charging packs.

What can I store in my locker?

You can store any item that complies with the festival rules and can be brought into the event, except for perishable food or beverages. We recommend storing merchandise, jackets, shoes, bags, or a change of clothes for cooler nighttime temperatures. You'll appreciate not having to carry these items around during the day!

Where are the lockers located?

There will be 3 locker locations - General Admission (GA), GA+ and VIP. All locker locations will be labeled on the event map when released.

- The General Admission (GA) lockers are located with a general admission area of the event. Any level of ticketing is welcome to use the GA lockers.

- The GA+ lockers are located in the GA+ area of the event. You MUST have a GA+ festival ticket in order to access and use the GA+ lockers.

- The VIP lockers are located within the VIP area of the event. You MUST have a VIP festival ticket in order to access and use the VIP lockers.

Will there be lockers to purchase available at the event?

If the lockers are not sold out online before the event, a limited number will be available for purchase on-site. However, we advise securing your locker in advance to ensure availability and the best price. Prices will be increased onsite at the event.

What is the size of each locker?

The size of each individual locker is located within the ticketing description of that item.
 

How do I claim my locker?

By purchasing a locker in advance, you will receive an email the evening before your reservation from contact@locknrock.com (check your spam if you don't see it in your initial inbox), which will include details on your selected locker location and information regarding your locker reservation. In this email, you will receive your locker number as well as the combination to the lock which will already be on your locker. If you've received this email, you do not need to check in with a locker attendant and can head straight to your locker! If you did not receive this email - on the day of your reservation, please proceed to the locker location with your government-issued ID, identification card or passport matching your order confirmation to check-in. At check-in, you will be issued your locker number and lock combination. We will provide you with a lock to use on your locker. 

What happens if I lose my locker number and combination information?

We understand that accidents happen. If you lose your information, head to the locker location with your ID, identification card or passport matching your order confirmation. We will verify your order and reissue your information. For security purposes, we will also change the lock combination on your locker.

When do the lockers open and close?

The lockers will open when the festival opens to guests and remain accessible during festival hours. You are free to explore the festival grounds to your heart’s content, knowing your locker will be ready for you whenever you decide to return.

What happens if I forgot something in my locker?

Items left behind in lockers after completed reservation periods will be considered abandoned property.

Do you guarantee to hold my locker reservation?

We will hold your locker reservation throughout the entire duration of the festival until you claim it.

I have a disability and cannot access the top or bottom row of lockers.

Please send an email to contact@locknrock.com with "Sick New World Texas" in the subject line and we will ensure we place you in a locker in an accessible location.

I lost my receipt, how do I claim my locker?

If you have lost your receipt, please send an email to contact@locknrock.com with "Sick New World Texas" in the subject line and we will assist you from there. If you are already at the event, proceed to the locker location with your government-issued ID, identification card, or passport. We will do our best to assist you on-site.

Can I transfer my rental to someone else?
