Please note: This LA Pride in the Park event is separate from the LA Pride Parade. Our lockers are located within the festival grounds of the LA Pride in the Park event, which you must have a ticket to attend in order to use the lockers.
Charging lockers provide a place for you and your friends to store your freshly scored merchandise, jackets, bags and more - while also providing a charging place for phones, battery banks, and other devices. Each locker is equipped with a 3-in-1 USB charging cable that features type C, lightning cable (Apple) and micro USB connectors. You'll enjoy freedom with your locker throughout festival hours and come and go as you please. Please, no perishable food or beverages inside the lockers.

What is the size of each locker?
Large lockers measure 11” wide, 15.5” high, 15” deep.
Medium lockers measure 11” wide, 8” high, 15” deep.
What does charging lockers mean?
Each locker includes one 3 in 1 USB charging cable - features type C, lightning cable (apple) and micro USB connectors, so you do not need to bring your own cables. You can safely charge your devices with these ports inside your locker. For optimal charging speeds, we do not recommend charging more than one device at a time.
What can I store in my locker?
You can store any item that complies with the festival rules and can be brought into the event, except for perishable food or beverages. We recommend storing merchandise, large jackets, shoes, backpacks, or a change of clothes for cooler nighttime temperatures. You'll appreciate not having to carry these items around during the day!
Where are the lockers located?
The lockers are located inside the event, near the main stage. This location will be labeled on the guest facing map when that is released.
Will there be lockers to purchase available at the event?
If the lockers are not sold out online before the event, a limited number will be available for purchase on-site. However, we advise securing your locker in advance to ensure availability and the best price. Prices will be increased onsite at the event.
How do I claim my locker?
By reserving a locker ahead of time, you will receive an email the evening before the event from contact@locknrock.com (check your spam if you don't see it in your initial inbox), which will include details on the locker location and information regarding your locker reservation. In this email you will receive your locker number, as well as the 4-digit code to the keypad on your locker. If you've received this email, you do not need to check in with a locker attendant and can head straight to your locker! If you did not receive this email - please proceed to the locker location with your government-issued ID, identification card or passport matching your order confirmation to check-in. You will be issued a wristband with your locker number and the 4-digit code to your lockers keypad. It's crucial to keep this wristband safe, as it grants you access to your locker. We will provide you with a lock to use on your locker.
Can I request more than one wristband so my friends and I can share a locker?
Certainly! Just request an extra wristband during the check-in process.
What happens if I lose my wristband?
We understand that accidents happen. If you lose your wristband, head to the locker location with your ID, identification card or passport matching your order confirmation. We will verify your order and issue you a new wristband. For security purposes, we will also change the 4-digit code on your lockers keypad.
Can I transfer my rental to someone else?

When do the lockers open and close?
The lockers will open when the festival opens to guests and remain accessible during festival hours. You have the freedom to traverse the festival grounds as your heart desires, for your locker shall faithfully await your return, embracing your presence whenever you choose to grace it.
What happens if I forgot something in my locker at the end of my reservation period?
These items will be considered abandoned property and will be turned into the events Lost & Found.
Do you guarantee to hold my locker reservation?
We will hold your locker reservation throughout the entire duration of the festival until you claim it.
I can't find my receipt, how do I claim my locker?
If you have lost your receipt, please send an email to contact@locknrock.com, and we will assist you from there. If you are already at the event, proceed to the locker location with your government-issued ID, identification card, or passport. We will do our best to assist you on-site.
