Legendary comedian Paul Rodriguez has been making audiences laugh worldwide for nearly three decades with hisunique brand of humor that perfectly blends his Latin heritage, the American dream and his undeniable universalappeal. Rodriguez has appeared in more than 45 films, countless television series and comedy specials, and currentlyhosts “Mis Videos Locos with Paul Rodriguez," on MTV Tr3s. An accomplished writer, director and producer,Rodriguez has several hit projects to his credit including the comedy concert film "The Original Latin Kings ofComedy," which he executive produced and starred in along with Cheech Marin, George Lopez and Carlos Mencia;the feature film "A Million to Juan," and six comedy specials for HBO. Rodriguez also has the distinguished creditof performing the first-ever one-hour stand-up comedy special in Spanish, "Dime Con Quien Andas," for Telemundo.

Rodriguez struck comedy gold again with his recent stand-up concert DVD "Comedy Rehab." As executive producer,Rodriguez once again introduced America to some of the hottest comedians in Latino comedy. As seen on ComedyCentral, the hit comedy special features performances by Rodriguez, Gene Pompa, Shayla Rivera and MannyMaldonado. For  the DVD release, Rodriguez teamed up with Award-winning producer David Valdés ("Book  of  Eli,""Unforgiven") and Image Entertainment to feature never- before-seen  footage  including  bonus  performances  and behind-the-scene  interviews with the comedians.

Among his many credits, Rodriguez has also made guest appearances on several Late Night shows including "TheWanda Sykes Show," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Last Call  with Carson Daly," and "Politically Incorrect."Additionally, he has guest starred  in  several  television  series  including  "Extreme  Makeover:  Home  Edition,""Kathy Griffin:  My Life on the D-List," "Shaken Not Stirred," DIRECTV’s  "Supreme Court of Comedy," Showtime'soriginal series "Resurrection Boulevard" and "American Family."  He has also lent his voice to popular animatedseries including "King of the Hill," "Dora the Explorer" and "The Proud Family."

Rodriguez’s first big break came while doing comedy warm-ups for Norman Lear's show "Gloria." Lear ultimately wroteand developed a weekly series for Rodriguez entitled "a.k.a. Pablo," which is enshrined at the Smithsonian and holdsthe distinct honor for being  the  first  television  show  about  a  Mexican  American  family  on  mainstream Americantelevision.
