Welcome to the Katsucon 2025 Registration page! 

Here you will register to be an attendee of the convention.  Please follow the steps in the process so you don't miss important information!

In order to attend any events or activities at Katsucon 2025, you must be a registered attendee of the convention.

If you are a member of an anime club or similar organization, your group may be eligible to pre-register as a group to obtain additional convention registration savings. Contact the Registration Department - registration@katsucon.org for more details. 

Upon your arrival at Katsucon 2025 and confirmation of pre-registration or at-the-door registration, you will be issued a personal badge that must be worn at all times in order to gain entry to events, activities and convention spaces such as the video rooms or merchant room. When picking up your badge, you must present a valid, government issued, photo identification containing your birthdate and other specified required materials that may be announced leading up to the convention date. 

Please check the website regularly for updates and requirements (Covid-19 Rules, Cosplay attire and prop changes, etc).

Acceptable forms of identification include: driver’s license, state-issued photo ID, US Government or Military ID card, US or foreign passport. Other identity documents may or may not be accepted at the discretion of our Registration department (school identification cards will only be accepted as specified in the section below). All attendees under the age of 18 on the first day of the event are required to have a signed copy of the Parental Permission Form to be given to registration staff. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Please note: every person must be registered as a unique attendee. Please use legal names matching Photo ID  to ensure everyone can pick up their badges. All attendees are required to be present in order to pick up their own badges.

Please be sure to read our registration page on the Katsucon Website HERE.  Our webiste has the latest informaiton for registration and all the requirements for attending the convention.  Due to the pandemic, requirements and restrictions will be ever changing.  You will need to check that site as much as possible for changes.  

Also by registering for Katsucon to attend, you will be automatically entered into a mailing list to receive a monthly newsletter and/or important convention from us and us only with information pertaining to Updates about the convention, guest information, contests, sponsor information and more.  In order to opt out of receiving the newsletter, email marketing@katsucon.org.  You can not opt out of receiving notifications and important updates via email.  No further updates will be emailed until two weeks after the convention.
