Road Closures: St. Emanuel Street is closed from half a block north of Texas Avenue to the driveways of Lots B and C, and between Texas Avenue and Rusk Street. Capitol Street is closed from Chartres Street to the stadium. Chartres Street is closed all the way to I-10. Texas Avenue remains open. Follow posted detours and allow extra travel time.
