WHAT IS HOLIDAY ROAD ?

Holiday Road is the premiere family-friendly Holiday experience. Expect to see some larger than life holiday displays, illuminating lights, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Elves, countless candy canes and all of your favorite holiday cheer!  

WHEN IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road takes place from November 26th – January 2nd. We open at 5:00pm and close at 10:00 pm. We have designated time slots starting at 6:00pm and ending at 8:30pm. Advanced ticket purchase is required. 

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?

The trail itself is a walking trail and it is self-guided. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend one to one and a half hours in total on the grounds engaging in both our pre show area and the walking trail. Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, capture those instagrammable moments, join in the fun with interactive experiences or visit holiday bars for a seasonal cocktail to take with you on the trail!

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. There will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 21+ years of age our Holiday bars.

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE RESTROOMS?

Yes, there are bathrooms located in multiple areas of the grounds. They are located in our parking lot, our pre-show and out on the trail for use.

IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

IS HOLIDAY ROAD ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes our property is ADA accessible and has ADA restrooms located on site. Please be mindful that there are several different terrains on the grounds of Bouckeart Farm that you will traverse including dirt, grass, gravel and asphalt. There are also some elevation changes in certain areas of the trail. Our event has seating in our pre-show zone and a rest stop halfway through the walking experience. WHATS THE REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable.

IS THERE SECURITY AT HOLIDAY ROAD?

Attendee vehicles will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds at all of our properties, only service animals with proper documentation.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEO?

Yes! We encourage all of our guests to take photos and videos, post on social media and share their experience with family and friends!

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER?

The event will operate in rain, snow or sunshine.  We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are non-refundable, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Tickets are $24.99 and up depending on when you purchase your tickets and day of attendance. Your ticket is valid for 1 person each. Children 2 years and under are free. Please be sure to purhase a ticket for each individual you are attending the show with. In addition to your Admission Ticket, be sure to purchaase your Parking Pass to access our parking lot. If you are being dropped off to the show you do not need a Parking Pass. Ticket. Ticket prices may increase through the course of the season. 

WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

We allow only a certain number of vehicles to enter the trail per time slot as there is a limited capacity and number of tickets we can extend for each time listed.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE TICKET TIME PURCHASED?

You must be present at check-in during your arrival window below

6:00pm Ticket- Arrival Window (5:30pm - 6:00pm)
6:30pm Ticket- Arrival Window (6:00pm - 6:30pm)
7:00pm Ticket-- Arrival Window (6:30pm - 7:00pm)
7:30pm Ticket- Arrival Window (7:00pm - 7:30pm)
8:00pm Ticket- Arrival Window (7:30pm - 8:00pm)
8:30pm Ticket- Arrival Window (8:00pm - 8:30pm) 

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?

You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their time slot for the evening. You will be allowed to access the trail for the ticket time you purchased.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

No tickets will be available for purchase at the door, you must purchase all tickets in advance online. We encourage you to visit the website frequently as additional ticket allotments may be released.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets are non-refundable. The event will operate rain or shine.

CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

Unfortunately no, you may not change your time slot for a purchased ticket.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We encourage you to bring a printed copy of your ticket to be scanned for expedited entry or please have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

Yes, each ticket has its own QR code for entry. Each person must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.
