This band continues to set the bar for what live rock and roll could and should look like.
In March 2025, they released their latest album, titled “How It’s Done,” to warm reception and loud applause. The band has gone one to tour throughout the United States many times over and is set to make its mark on Europe this Fall. Playing alongside bands like Jack White, Explosions in the Sky, and Snooper; this act never misses a chance to make their mark.
“So Thick” a blasting song off of their 2019 release America’s Dream was used in Nike’s 2026 ad campaign for the roll out of their revamped “All Conditions Gear” line. The song was heard on 2 television ads; prominently played during the year’s Winter Olympics, as well as multiple digital ads. They have also been featured in Thrasher Skate videos alongside Matallica.
Playing with its original line up, this band refuses to quit and to be honest, the audiences never want them to stop. Be sure not to miss out on what is guaranteed to be the best night of your life when the Pissers come to town.

The Zero Boys formed in Indianapolis in 1980 and played their first show at Crazy Al's that May. Within months they put out the Livin' in the 80's EP on their own Z-Disc label. In 1982 came Vicious Circle, sixteen songs cut in two days and released on Nimrod Records in a bright yellow sleeve. It was fast, tight, and catchy at a time when American hardcore was mostly a coastal story, and it put Indianapolis on the punk map.
The record outlived the original band. Reissues on Toxic Shock (1988) and Secretly Canadian (2009) brought in new generations of fans, and songs like "Civilization's Dying" landed on Rhino's Faster & Louder hardcore anthology. The band has kept coming back, releasing Make It Stop, The Heimlich Maneuver, and Monkey (2014), and Secretly Canadian issued a 40th anniversary edition of History Of in 2024.
The Zero Boys are [Paul Mahern, vocals; Dave Lawson, guitar; Scott Kellogg, bass; Mark Cutsinger, drums].
