Comedians from the disability community come together to celebrate their unique outlook on life for a packed audience of all abilities. Filmed live at the Spatz Theatre as part of the 2026 Halifax ComedyFest on May 10, 2026, at 3 p.m., this one-hour show features stand-up comedians from the disability community:

This show will provide additional wheelchair-accessible seating, and the enhanced accessibility features of American Sign Language interpretation, and CART real-time captioning technology. In addition, the performers have been provided Integrated Described Video training to ensure the event is accessible to our blind/partially sighted audience members. If you find yourself needing a break from sensory stimulation, please remember that you can exit the auditorium and find a quiet space either in the lobby or outside the venue.
In partnership with Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility, the All Access Comedy Show now features an audio accessibility system bringing, real-time sound directly through your Bluetooth enabled hearing aid or cochlear implant. The Bettear system streams high-quality, low-latency audio, allowing you to enjoy every laugh on stage.

At the show, open the app, tap to connect to the Halifax All Access Comedy Show. Mute your microphone on your hearing aid or cochlear implant and adjust the volume to your comfort.
