Event Information

The season goes out with a bang — and a whole lot of Texas-sized talent. Rising country star Jordan Rainer, the powerhouse voice and razor-sharp songwriter audiences fell in love with on NBC's The Voice, headlines Women of Country: a multi-act celebration of the genre's boldest female voices. With special guests Carissa Carter and Kristen Brown rounding out the bill, it's a full evening of red-dirt grit, big vocals, and songs that tell it like it is. Three acts, one stage, no filler. Close out the GMA's inaugural season the Texas way — boots on, volume up.

JORDAN RAINER

Born in Atoka, Oklahoma and raised in Whitewright, Texas, Jordan Rainer is an award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who brings a distinctive rock edge to country music. Known to fans as country's Woman in Black — complete with her signature black hat and sunglasses — Jordan burst onto the national stage on Season 24 of NBC's The Voice, where her blind-audition performance of Reba McEntire's "Fancy" turned all four coaches' chairs and earned her a spot on Team Reba, riding that momentum all the way to the show's final weeks.

A songwriter's songwriter, Jordan paid her dues in Nashville with a publishing deal and three years playing the Broadway honky-tonks, penning songs for other artists — including Sundance Head's "Stained Glass and Neon" — before stepping into the spotlight herself. Named the Texas Country Music Awards' 2023 New Female Artist of the Year, she has shared stages with Luke Combs, Craig Morgan, Lee Ann Womack, Hunter Hayes, and Brantley Gilbert, and built a following of nearly a million fans across social media with over 200 million views on TikTok. With Oklahoma grit, Texas roots, and a voice that stops rooms cold, Jordan Rainer headlines Women of Country at the GMA on July 10, 2027.

KRISTEN BROWN

Kristen Brown is an emerging Nashville country music artist with Northern California roots and a love for creating music that’s true to who she is. She has had the privilege of sharing the stage with renowned acts such as Toby Keith, Morgan Wallen, and Rascal Flatts, highlighting her growing influence in the industry.

Kristen gained national recognition as a Top 20 finalist on Season 24 of  The Voice, working closely with music icons Gwen Stefani and John Legend. Currently headlining her Pretty Little Backroads Tour, Kristen has been capturing hearts and performing at venues all across the United States. Her performances are known for their heartfelt connection, creating the kind of atmosphere where strangers feel like friends by the second chorus.

Kristen is dedicated to her artistry in the studio, focusing on writing and self-producing her upcoming album. She is eager to share her new music with fans and industry professionals alike, as she continues to evolve as a dynamic presence in country music.
