Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Bryce Connolly, better known as Mindchatter, has earned a reputation for his genre-defying approach to music. With a sound rooted in electronic music, his fusion of introspective and thought-provoking lyrics with infectious, danceable beats cements him in a lane entirely of his own making.
After signing with Foreign Family Collective/Ninja Tune in 2023, Mindchatter released back-to-back EPs, leading with Spiritual Puberty ahead of the grittier, dance-floor ready This Is A Reminder That You Are Not Behind Your Face.
Renowned for his dynamic live performances, Mindchatter has toured with acclaimed artists such as Polo & Pan and SG Lewis. In 2024, he achieved a milestone by selling out his 23-date "A Chorus Of Monologues" headline North American Tour.
His presence on the festival circuit is equally impressive, with performances at Life Is Beautiful, Outside Lands, Electric Forest, Bonnaroo, Lightning In A Bottle, Coachella's DoLab, iii Points, Hulaween, Okeechobee, and many more.
With more new music in the works, 2024 is primed to be Mindchatter's biggest year yet.
Familiar Faces was born out of a vision to have every piece of the auditory and visual experience of an artist project crafted by the same person.
The multifaceted producer, singer, songwriter, and visual artist spent the past decade in the music industry producing and touring with other artists where he amassed many millions of streams.
Devoting the past year to developing his own artist project, Familiar Faces navigates the realms of indie dance and emotionally resonant soundscapes. Coming from a highly technical audio-visual background, Familiar Faces established a unique and identifiable visual identity by chaining together a variety of experimental analog video gear which he uses to distort footage of his face.
From song to lyric, production to mixing, cover art to stage visual, each piece of the project was created by the artist
himself resulting in a cohesive and unified performance.
